By strengthening our voice we can empower clear and strong communication, and establish boundaries in our lives. Finding our vocal power aids healing on a physical level, particularly in the throat or womb/pelvic region. This practice is a beautiful tool for healing trauma of all kinds.
When we are in our vocal and sacral power, we generate pleasure and abundance in our lives easily. Energetic clearing of these areas can empower our singing voices to become clearer and stronger.
Each session is unique depending on what the individual needs, and could involve vocal toning, pelvic exercises, making sound together, or technical voice coaching.

Womb Healing
The Womb is the great receiver. When honored properly, she becomes nourished by what she receives.
